Return Policy

The Zone wants you to be fully satisfied with your order and we will happily accept returns, for any reason, within 60 days of delivery. You can contact us for return instructions at customerservice@thesportsfanzone.com or follow the instructions on your order receipt included in your shipment. In most cases, shipping charges will not be refunded. Exceptions can be made for mis-shipments or defects but you will need pre-approval prior to shipping the return back so please contact us first.

Shipping & Handling Time

Shipping and handling time may vary. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days with a 3-10 day shipping time for standard shipping and 2 day shipping for expedited. Please note, the handling time remains the same for either shipping options. You will receive a tracking number emailed to you the day that the item ships. If you have an account with us you can track that order online too. Remember all orders over $40.00 receive free shipping!

We only ship to the United States and Canada.

Out of Stock Items

We work with several suppliers so we can often place a special order for an item if we are currently out of stock. This may take additional handling time. If you have questions on any out of stock items please email us at customerservice@thesportsfanzone.com. If we cannot ship an out of stock item within 30 days of the order the order will automatically be cancelled.
